How a visualisation project works

We start from whatever you have: CAD or BIM drawings, SketchUp or Revit models, finish schedules, material references or sketches. Together we agree camera angles, time of day, mood and how each image will be used.

We model the architecture and surroundings, apply materials and furniture, and send low-resolution drafts of framing and lighting for sign-off before final production. Revisions stay quick and contained.

You receive high-resolution stills ready for web, social, brochures and site hoardings, videos in the formats you need, and virtual tours that embed straight into your website or property portal.

As a rough guide, a set of still images is usually delivered within a few weeks of receiving complete information; animations and interactive walkthroughs take longer. We set the exact timeline in the proposal based on the number of views and their complexity.

Virtual reality and interactive 3D

With Unreal Engine and Three.js we take the project beyond still images: real-time walkthroughs, finish configurators so buyers can choose flooring or kitchens, and VR experiences for sales suites and trade shows. Buyers don’t just look at the show flat; they walk through it.

The same models can be reused across stills, animation, VR and web, so the investment in a detailed model keeps paying off as the campaign evolves from pre-launch to completion.
